Casual Parks and Gardens (Busselton andDunsborough)
- Casual (hours are ad hoc)
- $45.76 per hour inclusive of 24% casual loading

About the role:
Are you someone who loves the great outdoors takes pride in ajob well done and doesnt mind getting their hands dirty to makeour city shine If so we want YOU on our Parksand Gardens team!
Reporting to the Parks and Streetscapes Supervisor you will berequired to work between the hours of 6:00am till3:00pm (this will change to 6:30am till 3:30pm in winter).You will also be required to work in both Busselton andDunsborough depending on the works required that day.
What youll be doing:
Your days will be active varied and full of fresh air. Youllbe:
- Helping maintain and beautify gardens lawns and public spaces
- Sweeping pressure cleaning graffiti removing & beach tidying
- Assisting with small construction projects and minor repairs
- Doing the odd paint touch-up and sprucing up of facilities
- Supporting event setups across our stunning foreshore areas
- Keeping our parks BBQs playgrounds and street furniture safe and inviting
As the successful applicant you will be able todemonstrate the following:
- Love working outdoors and ready to get stuck into work
- Have experience in horticulture landscaping or maintenance work
- A team player with great communication skills
- Can safely operate small machinery and follow safety procedures
- Reliable proactive and have a strong eye for detail
Pre-employment requirements:
- Current C Class Drivers licence (MR licence preferred but not essential)
- National Police Clearance not more than six months old
- White Card
- Proof of right to work in Australia
Hours and conditions:
This role is casual and the working days and times will varybut may include early mornings and weekends.
