What Youll Do:
Patient Care: Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve fine motor skills and independence
Collaborate: Work with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic patient care
Document: Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant records and monitor patient progress
Plan for Success: Help with discharge planning and post-care instructions
Stay Updated: Participate in ongoing education to stay on top of best practices
What You Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active NV Occupational Therapist License
Current CPR and required screenings
2 years of clinical OT experience in SNF rehab or related healthcare setting
Settings Available:
Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facilities
Long-Term Care Centers
Outpatient Clinics
