Ballys Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states a golf course in New York a horse racetrack in Colorado and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle UK further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Ballys Interactive International formerly Gamesys Group a leading global interactive gaming operator Bally Bet a first-in-class sports betting platform and Bally Casino a growing iCasino platform.

With 10600 employees the Companys casino operations include approximately 15300 slot machines 580 table games and 3800 hotel rooms. Ballys also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen) the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states one of which will be an additional state that expands Ballys jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees and operations that currently include approximately 2400 slot machines 50 table games and 150 hotel rooms to the Ballys portfolio. Ballys will also become the successor of Queens significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

Casino Credit Clerk -

This position is responsible forassistingthe guestsand support the process of completing credit applications forguests.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating a fun and productive work environment.

Assists the guest either in person over the phone or through the Bally Website in completing a Credit Application.

- - - Logs and files all returned checks and completes reports for the Casino Credit Manager.
    - Completes SARCs whennecessarywithin the guidelines of the Title 31 Reporting Requirement and takes and passes annual Title 31 training.
    - Prepares Collection Files for returned items and prepares necessary paperwork for the Casino Credit Manager.
    - Compiles daily and monthly reports of credit issued returned items collections on returns write-offs as well as new accounts along with any other reportsrequested by the Casino CreditManager.
    - Communicates andassistsMain Bankers with early clears guest returnspaymentsby mail and Safekeeping funds.
    - Maintains andassistsin updating Policies and Procedures.
    - Completes all training and attends all meetings asrequiredand completes all other duties as assigned.
    - Obtains credit reports and attaches to the Credit Application.Verifies bank account information for the guest and attaches the report to the Credit Application.
    - Ensures guest signature and valid identification are scanned into the CasinoManagement System.
    - Files all Credit Applications in thedepartments Credit Files.
    - Posts returned checks and paid accounts in the Central Credit Software system.
    - Upon approvalentersthe information for the Credit Account into the casino management system.
    - Establishesguestin the Central Credit Software System and obtains reports on any existing lines of credit for the guest.
    - Conducts Credit research as required by the Casino Credit Manager.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast paced busy andsomewhat physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively withguest management teammembersand outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting of Casino Credit issuance and tooperatedepartment specific software programspreparesreports writereadandcomprehendcomplex memos and Guest Service Skills in person and over the phone.

License Requirements:

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Must be able tofrequentlymove freely about the officemaintainmanual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard andoperateoffice equipment such as telephones copiers fax machine etc.
Withstand various activities such as frequent walking sitting forlong periodsand must be able to withstand prolonged able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to fatigue noise dust cigarette smoke and be able to access all areas of the to lift a minimum of 20 pounds unassisted in the performance of specific tasks assigned.
