Janssen R&D LLC is recruiting for a Post Approval Life Cycle Management Team (PALM) Immunology/Talent Development (IMM/TD) Portfolio Co-Op based in Titusville NJ.
PALM is a functional area within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of J&J Innovative Medicine. PALM is responsible for the late lifecycle management and optimization of a variety of legacy products across a diverse group of therapeutic areas.
The PALM (IMM/TD) Portfolio Co-Op position supports the Therapeutic Area Portfolio Clinical and Compound Development Teams and is dedicated to maximizing the value of this portfolio through the execution of all phases of clinical development and in particular provides active medical and scientific contribution to cross-functional clinical teams to support successful completion of clinical projects and deliverables that enable worldwide registrations for new indications enhancements to the label and compliance with regulatory commitments for products in the market and in development. This Co-Op will also support the PALM Talent Development team to deliver resources programs and initiatives aimed to execute both external and internal facing talent development goals and objectives.
Work with the Clinical and overall IMM/TD compound development teams (CDT) and their internal and external partners in the execution of specific tasks and projects in IMM/TD related to clinical studies pediatric development and strategic activities conducted for the support of this portfolio.
Work in concert with the PALM Clinical and Medical Affairs Leaders on clinical trial and Real World Evidence (RWE) concept and protocol development execute clinical studies for new formulations post-approval commitments and new indications.
Be actively involved in creation of Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) publications of clinical research findings and presentations to relevant FDA EMA or other Health Authorities advisory committees and review meetings and any other resources to support portfolio and/or Talent Development Programs and Initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional teams for development and execution of new TD programs initiatives and resources; review medical literature clinical medical regulatory and relevant commercial information.
You are enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing MD PhD Pharm D or any other health care related advanced degree with emphasis in Immunological Disorders (Rheumatology GI and/or Dermatology areas) or related fields.
Bachelors degree in the Biological Sciences with strong clinical and/or research experience in clinical medical areas and preferably in the IMMUNOLOGY (Gastro/Dermatology and/or Rheumatology) Therapeutic Areas.
You are passionate about science & operational excellence.
You have strong problem-solving skills for developing solutions and meeting project objectives.
You have demonstrated ability of critical thinking and prioritization with respect to project objectives.
You should have a demonstrated track record of possessing an ability to innovate and generate change and solution-oriented input to address challenges in the work place and/or academia.
You are detail-oriented highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
You possess good interpersonal skills and are able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office Word Excel Power Point and SharePoint. Must have a strong experience developing and delivering presentations and leveraging AI solutions is a plus!
You must be able to embrace diversity in the workplace with an open minded and collaborative approach. Experience working within global multicultural diverse teams is a big plus!
Demonstrated project leadership management experience especially if related to talent development career development programs and/or medical education initiatives highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience working on phase 2-4 industry trials and/or in Medical Affairs strongly preferred.
Proven experience in Epidemiology particularly in research activities in RWE a plus.
Experience searching reviewing and summarizing outputs from PubMed databases and other literature databases highly desirable.
Demonstrating strong oral and outstanding written communication skills is a highly preferred.
We strongly prefer a minimum G.P.A. of 3.3
Availability to work Full Time onsite in Titusville NJ and for the total duration of the co-op is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hrAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidates program year discipline degree and/or -Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the -Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar -Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension).
