Define global patientsolution opportunities and strategic direction across Oncology and Biopharmaceutical indications

MinimumRequirements
Degree in Life Sciences Public Health Biomedical Sciences or a related scientific field
5years experienceworking with Biopharmaceutical and/or Oncology indications
Strong background in patient experience patient engagement patient solutions or support programs
Deep understanding of patient needsbehaviors and care pathways
Experience inbehavioralscience intervention design or healthbehaviormodelling
Hands-on experience with digital health omnichannel engagement and patient facing technologies
Experience in patient monitoring risksignal identification adherence/persistence programs or RWE
Strategic thinker with experience in value creation prioritization or global program work
Ability to collaborate across Commercial Medical Digital Health Data Science PSP Operations and multiple markets
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AIenabled personalization analytics or emerging patient engagement support and monitoring technologies
Understanding of global healthcare systems access pathways and market dynamics
Experience building strategic frameworks value cases or enterpriselevel prioritization models
Experience with patient solutions PSP operations or global capability building
Ability to develop and refine strategy & value frameworks for global deployment
Ability to translate complex crossfunctional challenges into scalable reusable global capabilities

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $159.18080 - $ 238.77120 USD Annual either as annual basepayor as the hourly rate (annual base pay divided by 2080 hours). Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and addition our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility toparticipatein our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles) and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coveragein accordance withthe terms and conditions of the applicable plans.Additionaldetails of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
