Job Summary
Full Stack Developer Sr. Hybrid in Guadalajara
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSenior Full Stack Developer as a Support Engineer L4 to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise strong architectural thinking and a passion for building scalable cloud-native applications. As a senior engineer you will influence technical direction mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development support for L4 of fullstack applications using Angular and PostgreSQL
- Supervise the Cloud Architecture: Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
- Validation and improvement of API Management: Build scalable APIs microservices and integration layers.
- Propose experience for Optimization: Optimize application performance reliability and security.
- Strong Collaboration: Work with product architecture DevOps and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead and conduct improvements to the DevOps team: Conduct code reviews provide technical mentorship and promote engineering best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root-cause analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving development processes and standards.
Technical Skills Required
- Experience: Senior-level with 8 years of experience in software development.
- Frontend: Advanced proficiency with Angular including component architecture state management and UI performance.
- Backend: Deep experience with and modern frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Database: Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL including performance tuning and schema design.
- Cloud: Professional experience with AWS including designing and deploying production workloads.
- Support Experience:Dedduging troubleshooting and maintaince background.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terragrunt or Terraform).
- Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Experience with GraphQL DynamoDB AWS AppSync Athena or Glue.
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts.
Location & Schedule
- Location: Guadalajara Jalisco (Rinconada del Bosque).
- Modality: Remote required 2 or 3 days per month in the office to maintain infrastructure activities.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM and availability to support calls.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in related fields.
- Languages: Advanced English level C1- C2
- Soft Skills: Communication empathy commitment and leadership potential.
