Maintenance Technician
BHS Corrugated North America
Tracy CA (Site-Based Role)
Up to $44/hr Overtime & On-Call

Were looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in staying ahead of problems someone who can identify issues before they turn into downtime and step in to fix them when they do.
If youre a hands-on technician who prefers working on the floor solving real problems and keeping production moving this is the role.
What Youll Do
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (inspections lubrication cleaning calibration)
- Identify potential equipment issues and correct them before failure
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems as needed
- Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability
- Document maintenance work and follow established PM schedules
- Work closely with operations to coordinate maintenance with production needs
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics (PLC experience is a plus)
- Experience with hydraulics pneumatics and rotating equipment preferred
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintenance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience
- PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing or production environments
- Corrugated industry experience
Compensation & Benefits
