Chef de Partie - Care HomeHours per week

Set within a luxury care home the focus is on delivering meals that are fresh well-presented and consistent. As Chef de Partie youll run your section with confidence staying hands-on in service and contributing to the overall standard of the kitchen.

Before You Apply

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef in a professional kitchen is required.
  • Experience working in a care home or similar environment is preferred.
  • This role is not suitable for candidates without experience working in a structured kitchen environment.

What Youll Need

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef

What Youll Do

  • Prepare and deliver meals to a consistent standard within your section
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service
  • Maintain food hygiene safety and kitchen compliance
  • Follow menus while adapting for dietary and nutritional requirements
  • Keep your section organised clean and well-managed
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
