Job Summary
Hours of work: 27.5 per week.
Working pattern: Part-time Term-time only (working for39 weeks per year plus6.05weeks annual leave).
As the position is part-time/term-time only the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term for: 2 June 2026 to 17 July 2026.
Closing date: Monday 20 April 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Interview date: Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 April 2026.

At Southover CE Primary School we are looking for a Swimming Teacher to join our team. We are proud to have an outside learner swimming pool for our children which will be open from 2nd June until 19th July 9.00am - 3.15pm (approx.) It is such a valuable asset to the school.
To give the children the best learning opportunities we are looking for a qualified swimming teacher to lead our children aged 4-11 in their lessons. This would involve planning lessons and sharing plans with class teachers who would support you as you teach groups of children.
