Senior Delphi Engineer

Job Description

As a member of the INFOmatch development team you are a Delphi specialist. Working in a small team of four fellow developers and the Software Development Manager youll work on technical designs implement fixes and new functionality and be involved in the entire development lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with Product Management and Client Success teams to address product enhancements and resolve issues. Experience with Agile methodologies and a proactive problem-solving approach is essential.

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain TRG Screens software products contributing high-quality code as a key member of the development team.
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis system design coding testing and deployment.
Work independently on complex and critical tasks exercising independent judgment and providing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues identify root causes and implement effective fixes to ensure system reliability and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

8 years experience in software development roles
Strong background in Delphi development
Solid knowledge of SQL Server
Proven experience in understanding a large legacy codebase
Strong communication skills including cross-team interaction.
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize multi-task and clearly report status upwards.
