Job Summary

A leading downtown firm is seeking to add an associate with condominium experience to their collegial team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of condominium matters including:

Advising property managers and boards on governance regulatory and compliance matters;
Drafting corporate governance documents; and
Acting on dispute resolution matters including construction deficiencies insurance claims and coverage.
