Job Summary

Our client a leading national Canadian law firm is seeking a Practice Support Lawyer to join its Business Law group in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in corporate/business law with a strong background in private and/or public M&A and capital markets gained at a large law firm. Experience in knowledge management initiatives is an asset.

Thisis an excellent opportunity to step into a strategic national role supporting precedent development knowledge management and associate training initiatives. The position is hybrid (4 days in office) and offers exposure to innovative transactions collaboration with cross-functional teams and involvement in legal technology and AI-driven initiatives all within a highly regarded and collegial environment.
