Job Summary
Are you someone who loves digging into how systems work solving problems and helping teams operate more efficientlyAs aTechnical Business Analyst youll play a key role in connecting people processes and technology. Youll support system access troubleshoot issues manage equipment inventory and partner closely with both technical and business teams to keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone whos curious collaborative and ready to develop their technical and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support system enhancements and operational needs.
- Write and refine user stories; manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
- Perform business analysis activities including documenting requirements and creating project specifications.
- Validate software performance stability and interoperability across systems.
- Support Change Requests through SIT UAT Client UAT and production deployment.
- Build a working understanding of departmental processes systems and applications to effectively troubleshoot issues.
- Partner with Conduent technical teams to report diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Track and maintain equipment inventory ensuring all assets are accurately logged.
- Support system updates and coordinate testing with internal and external technical teams.
- Assist with system credential requests for both Conduent and client systems.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the client to resolve network or application issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in systems analysis including writing user stories and refining requirements through team collaboration.
- Experience working directly with staff product teams and client teams to support product vision and roadmaps.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and Visio.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work weekend hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
