Job Summary

Austin Subaru is seeking a high performing Service Manager to leadthe daily operations of our Service Department. This individual is responsible for cultivating a positive culture serving a loyal clientele maintaining excellent employee relations managing expenses as well as setting and maintaining sales and profit objectives. This role requires satisfaction of any/all customer concerns and ensures that service is being performed at a level of the highest quality.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and monitor budgets for the service department.
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes manufacturer training and new products.
  • Ensure that all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working condition.
  • Ensure that the service department meets all customer satisfaction (NPS) and financial goals.
  • Ensure proper repair procedures are being used.
  • Analyze businesses to determine areas of opportunity and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Hire train develop andsupportthe service team to achieve key goals.
  • Establish promotional service pricingand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep in contact with customers employees and vendors.
  • Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
  • Ability to set meet and exceed targeted goals.
  • Experience and desire to work withcutting-edgetechnology.
  • Positiveattitude with a high-energy level.
  • Ability to work well in a process drivenand structuredenvironment.
  • World-classcustomer service experience.

Schedule:

  • 55 /- 5 hours per week.

Compensation:

  • $130000 a year plus commission based on financial results
