Job responsibilities:
-Manages and supports the daily operations of the Card Services department and provides technical support for card products.
-Responsible for ensuring accurate transaction processing fraud monitoring dispute resolution and compliance with regulations.
-Completes daily card operations and ATM management
-Reconciles daily card transactions manages settlements and handles general ledger postings
-Investigates fraudulent activity chargebacks and resolve member transaction disputes
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m..
Required knowledge/experience:
Strong knowledge of card processing disputes fraud prevention and Regulation E.
Understanding of Credit Union policies
Experience in card operations payments or financial services
Experience with Velera (formerly PSCU/Co-op Solutions) or similar card processor preferred.
