Job Summary
Are you looking for a unique opportunity to create a new global product from scratch AWS is seeking an innovative passionate results-oriented leader to drive product management for an exciting new global solution. This is a confidential strategic initiative for AWS.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager that thrives by creating high-bar product and engineering cultures. You will be a member of a team working on a game changing AWS offering that intersects highly scalable real-time software front-end technologies innovative user experience machine learning and analytics.
You will be responsible for driving the technical product roadmap partnering with development and success teams to deliver new this position youll be an owner in innovating and delivering disruptive value to our customers expanding customer adoption and usage growth and raising the bar in ensuring we deliver the best possible experience. Specifically we are looking for a Product Manager that has experience reporting and is comfortable taking raw data to produce reports in a business analytics tool.
Were looking for a tenacious self-starter with a passion for engagement products who can serve as a strong advocate for our customers. You should have strong writing skills an ability to technically dive deep work with development teams and possess the desire to develop ideas independently in a fast-paced start-up environment. You must have a track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager-Tech on the Future of Selling team you will drive the product roadmap for next-generation agentic tools that revolutionize how AWS sellers work. Youll be responsible for building and orchestrating AI agents that collaborate seamlessly to automate administrative tasksfrom prospecting and account planning to meeting preparation and opportunity managementenabling sellers to focus their time and energy on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals. Working cross-functionally with engineering design and field teams youll define product requirements prioritize features and deliver solutions that measurably reduce seller workload while improving sales effectiveness. Your work will directly impact thousands of sellers managing hundreds to thousands of accounts with the goal of achieving significant time savings through intelligent automation and agentic workflows

AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
- 4 years of full time industry experience
- Bachelors degree in science technology engineering or mathematics (STEM)
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related fields
- 5 years of working with Data & AI related technologies including but not limited to AI/ML GenAI Analytics Database and/or Storage experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
