We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for candidates who can manage a consistent patient volume while delivering effective patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate diagnose and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans and therapy programs
Track and document patient progress accurately
Educate patients on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedics

Schedule & Productivity:

36 hours guaranteed with potential to work up to 40 hours/week
1214 patients per day
Productivity target: 60 visits per week
Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
Overtime requires prior approval

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
