Job Summary

SUMMARY:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual assets that support the Company brand products and marketing initiatives. Working as part of the marketing team this role designs print and digital materials manages photography and videography projects supports website and email content and contributes to consistent brand storytelling across all channels. This is a remote position with occasional travel (a few times per year) to the headquarters for collaboration photo/video shoots trade show preparation and team meetings. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills experience in B2B or technical environments and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing organization.

ESSENTIA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Development

  • Design high-impact marketing materials including brochures print ads trade show booths spec sheets presentations videos and other sales tools.
  • Develop and maintain visual identity standards and design templates across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate designs and present concepts for printed materials using Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite applications.
  • Build silkscreens and artwork in Adobe Illustrator for company product labeling.
  • Execute updates to product spec sheets and price lists in coordination with engineering and sales teams.

Photography Video and Multimedia

  • Edit marketing and instructional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Maintain a current organized photo library for use in marketing and sales materials.
  • When on site utilize company DSLR cameras to capture photography for products applications events and staff as needed.
  • Handle all post-production editing supported by the internal marketing team.

Digital & Web Design

  • Create and update digital assets for web email and social platforms (banners thumbnails graphics animations etc.).
  • Work with the marketing team to implement WordPress website updates (graphics layout images visual enhancements).
  • Collaborate on UX/UI optimization projects for the company website and online portals ensuring brand consistency and clarity.
  • Design and build email blasts related to company events campaigns and promotions using Salesforce Account Engagement software.

Marketing AI & Automation

  • Utilize AI design tools to accelerate creative production personalization and content variations.
  • Maintain AI-assisted asset libraries (templates image sets video snippets icons) for scalable marketing content.

Brand Storytelling & Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with the Marketing Coordinator and broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand tone messaging and visual storytelling.
  • Support internal departments by developing visuals for presentations training materials and internal communications.
  • Assist in trade show preparation including graphics booth visuals signage and digital collateral.
  • Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support marketing and company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator InDesign Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills supported by a strong professional portfolio.
  • Experience with videography and photography using DSLR cameras.
  • Proficiency with general computer software such as MS Office including Word PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal departments using professional interpersonal skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • May require travel to the US

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with AI design tools.
  • Experience in B2B or technical environments.
  • Salesforce Account Engagement experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates degree in Graphic Design Marketing Communications or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar graphic design position preferably within B2B manufacturing industrial or technical industries.
