Position Overview

As Head of Department you will set the strategic direction for Digital Engineering across Ireland-shaping how we deliver BIM CAD reality capture and advanced digitalengineering and constructionworkflows.Youllchampion technical excellence drive commercial growth and lead a talented team working on landmark infrastructure and construction projects.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership

• Define and deliver the Digital Engineering strategy in partnership with senior leadership.

• Lead innovation in digital workflows software and emerging technologies.

• Own the departments financial performance and contribute tolongtermbusiness growth.

Client & Commercial Growth

• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.

• Identifynew opportunities and shape compelling solutions and proposals.

• Lead tendering negotiation and pricing strategies.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead mentor and grow ahighperformingtechnical team.

• Drive continuous improvementknowledgesharing and operational excellence.

• Support recruitment development and talent strategy within the department.

Quality Safety & Delivery Excellence

• Promote bestpractice digital workflows across the business.

• Ensure quality compliance and safety standards are met and continuously improved.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery across all projects.

What You Will Bring

• A strong background in BIM digital delivery geospatialcivilengineeringorarchitecture.

• Deep technical understanding ofdigitalconstructionandengineeringworkflows.

• Experience leading digital or technical teams and influencing multidisciplinary stakeholders.

• Proven ability tocoordinateinnovationroadmaps implement digital workflows and champion bestpractice standards.

• Commercial awareness with experience contributing to bids proposals or business development.
