Roles & Responsibilities- Identify new export markets buyers consultants distributors & project leads
- Use VOLZA & trade portalsfor buyer mapping and competitor tracking
- Prepare quotations prequalification documents tenders & presentations
- Support RFQs EOIs & institutional export projects
- Coordinate with engineering production accounts & documentation teams
- Maintain CRM (Zoho/Odoo/HubSpot)and generate MIS & pipeline reports
- Support distributor onboarding & international client follow-ups
Eligibility- 14 yearsexperience in export sales support / international B2B / lead generation
- Exposure to VOLZA or similar trade portals a plus
- Graduate in Business / Commerce / Marketing / Engineering / International Trade
- Strong English communication & Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
