As Senior Executive Officer Marketing & Digital Experience you will providehigh levelstrategic anddedicatedexecutive supportand adviceto the Executive Director Marketing & Digital Experience and key stakeholders. You will contribute to priority strategic and operational initiatives across the portfolio supporting the delivery of M&DXobjectives.
You will lead and manage key projectsend to end ensuring strong stakeholder engagementtimelydelivery and effective governance. The roleprovidestrusted advice on strategy operations and performance while driving continuous improvement and alignment withUniversitystrategy and frameworks.
About You:
As asharpcritical thinkingyou are adept at working in a fast-paced environment and comfortablemovingbetween priorities and manage multiple will bring proven experience developing and delivering impactful marketing strategies and initiatives along with strongcommercial acumen andproject management stakeholder skills are essential along with clear effective writingand high attention to detail.
To apply you must have:
Relevant tertiary qualification withsubsequentrelevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of educationtrainingand experience.
Proven skills and experience in strategicimplementationresource planninggoalsettingand project management.
Demonstrated success designing and delivering Marketing strategiesprogramsand initiativesacross a complex matrix organisational environment
Ability to lead motivate and train team members toestablishpriorities and manage competing deadlines for self and others.
Excellent consultation influencing and negotiation skills and provenexperienceoperatingat a senior executive levelwith theability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Superior written and verbal communication skills witha high levelof attention to detail for deliverables produced.
High level organisational skills with proven ability to deal with multiple tasksestablishpriorities and meet deadlines.
Advanced level of computer literacy working with a range of computer systems and applications.
