What Youll Be Doing
Operate excavators to safely move load and manage materials.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Follow site plans production goals and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Support overall site operations as needed to maintain workflow.

Ability to safely operate excavators and related heavy equipment.
Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
Capability to follow instructions procedures and production guidelines.
Dependability teamwork and effective communication skills.
Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and operational priorities.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit for extended periods while operating heavy equipment.
Capability to climb steps and access machinery using handholds and ladders.
Occasional lifting carrying pushing or pulling of up to 50 pounds.
Sustained use of hands feet and controls for equipment operation.
Ability to work on uneven terrain and maintain balance and coordination.
