SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Schedule: Rotating Schedule working 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working 3 days on 1 day off 3 days on 7 days off.
Job Summary: Duties include assist with inspecting carriers before loading loading rice on to hopper trucks and hopper cars and placing seals on carrier. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of the bulk rice loading area and equipment. Dry cleaning using compressed air and sweeping of equipment and structures of the area(s) on a defined frequency. Complete and maintain records of pre-loading inspections sanitation and seal number.
Basic Qualifications
•Must possess good communication skills.
•Must be willing and able to climb up to 40 feet.
•Must be willing and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
•Must be willing and able to bend stoop push pull twist and turn throughout the day.
•Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures for periods of time.
•Must be willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time. •Must be age 21 or older with a clear driving record. •Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). •Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
•Other duties as requested by supervisor.
