Responsibilities
- Assist with the safe operation and maintenance of electrical systems in data centers.
- Support the authorization and oversight of electrical works ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and operational standards.
- Administer safe systems of work and support audits for electrical safety compliance.
- Assist in training and assessing staff and suppliers learning to interpret safety rules.
- Participate in oversight activities including competence vetting for safety permitting.
- Maintain documentation and records related to safety compliance and electrical systems.
- Develop expertise in electrical safety and compliance through training and guidance.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the data center operations.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in electrical engineering or data center operations.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably with an electrical focus.
- Action-oriented approach with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to company values and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic critical environment.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel as required.
