This Would Be Your Schedule
- Monday Friday / up to 15 hours between 9 am 3 pm

Your Responsibilities:
- Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our senior population.
- Member Assessments in the center and home
- Reviewing health care documentation
- Being a resource for the Skylark team
- Assisting in the operations of the center when needed
- Review and complete monthly weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE Veterans Administration programs and compliance requirements
- Care plan development.

Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm; love of seniors
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse License
- Good computer skills

- Experience with senior private in-home care a plus
