Job Summary
SUMMARY: Operate the transfer cart to load machines and export all sheet orders out.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation of Buggy/Transfer Car on Track between machines.
Operates the Buggy/Transfer Car by picking up units of sheets/board from the Corrugator Machine.
Delivery of appropriate stock/units to the appropriate converting machines safely and on time.
Buggy/Transfer Cart Operation requires constant movement of cart using Forward and Backward Movement
of the Cart and movement of units left and right from and to the various machine centers.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner including but not limited to: production data
machine operational status safety data quality data.
Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk sit and use hands
to handle or feel.
The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
The employee must regularly lift push and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision
depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Qualifications
Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset.
Knowledge of product quality specifications
Knowledge equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation.
Maintain a clean and safe environment
