As part of theNo7 Beauty Company - Global Sourcingteam you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sourcing strategy and driving the success of our Boots Brand.
What youll be doing
Collaborate with global sourcing partners and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products that align with our strategic goals.
Lead a team of 1-3 people fostering a culture of growth and success.
Manage supplier relationships ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
Drive value through effective negotiations and cost management.
Analyse market insights and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for innovation.
What youll need to have (our must-haves)
Proven experience in Buying Sourcing or Commercial roles ideally within retail or FMCG.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Exceptional communication skills to manage a diverse stakeholder map.
A passion for product and a proactive mindset.
It would be great if you also have
Experience with Own Brand or international sourcing.
Curiosity about product innovation and emerging customer trends.
