Overview:
0.3FTE- 12 hrs per week day shift every third weekend
Minimum pay- $19.10 per hour

- Maintain appropriate heart rhythm tracing.
- Recognizes normal heart rhythm artifact and life threatening heart rhythms.
- Respond to all monitor alarms report heart rhythm changes to RN or MD promptly.
- Clean maintain and inventory all equipment associated with cardiac monitors and other equipment as assigned.
- Precepts new employees ability to educate other employees on correct usage of both telemetry and bedside monitors
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications:
Current CPR certification (BLS-Health Care Provider) required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify abnormal rhythms and or changes in rhythms preferred
Experience:
Previous health care experience as a Nursing Assistant Unit Coordinator Medical Assistant nursing student EMT Medic or experience with cardiology patients required.
