Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Do you have a passion for helping others succeed-both the people you support and the team you lead One Vision is hiring Full-Time Team Leads for our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program in Fort Dodge.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on care with leadership responsibilities and is ready to make a direct impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What Youll Do:
Supervise and support a small team (up to 5 Direct Support Professionals)
Lead by example in providing daily living support: hygiene meals housekeeping and medication assistance
Help individuals manage personal finances and make independent choices
Coach and train your team to meet One Visions quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety and accreditation guidelines
Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
Were Looking For Someone Who Has:
A High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience OR a BA/BS in a human services field with 2 years of experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
A Medication Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy
A valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support
