Position: High Net Worth Leader
Location: Open to fully remote; hybrid and local candidates preferred in Morris County NJ
Salary: $90000 - $170000 (commensurate with experience)
About Us: We are a regional agency specializing in retail insurance and risk management dedicated to providing tailored solutions for our clients. As we expand our personal lines department into the high net worth sector we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead this initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Drive the growth and development of the personal lines department focused on high net worth clients.
- Carrier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with high net worth insurance carriers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with producers to identify and pursue opportunities within the high net worth market.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the department and enhance service offerings.
- Client Management: Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction for high net worth clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance with a focus on high net worth clients.
- Strong network and relationships with HNW carriers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and drive results.
