Summary:The Facilities Custodianmaintains the cleanliness and general order of the building while also performing routine patrols around the building monitoring access points responding to incidents and ensuring the overall security of the REQUIRED - Hours are 6:30am - 6:30pm (Saturday & Sunday Only)Duties and Responsibilities: Sweeping and mopping floors as well as vacuuming carpets daily throughout the offices hallways and common womens and mens restrooms cleaned disinfected and restocked daily with soap paper products and cleaning kitchenette areas as well as surfaces such as cabinets desktops telephones file cabinets copy machines computer monitors bookshelves and other fountains will be cleaned and all entry glass doors and side panels of entry areas as well as all other interior trash cans and recycling bins. Replace trash liners as containers will be cleaned if soiled. Transport waste to disposal areas. Performing minor repairs monitoring building security and checking for safety the building and perimeter is secure by routine to security alarms suspicious activity and emergencies by contacting relevant authorities and appropriate contacts in a timely other duties as and Work Experience:Two or more years of janitorial and facility maintenance experience maintenance skills to complete minor repairs in the facility preferred.
