Job Summary
Chase Staffing is hiring for a Remote Outbound Campaign Specialist. The client is a global healthcare solutions company that provides the tools to manage health from home through health testing virtual care genetic sequencing and medication delivery for a wide range of health and wellness conditions.
Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:45 PM.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to our clients members to provide support and guidance regarding kit activation and return processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to members to address their queries and concerns related to kit activation and return.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of products and services to effectively communicate with members.
Data Entry: Accurately record call information and customer interactions in our CRM (Saleforce) system.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven ability to provide support over the phone and via email. Experience within a high-volume contact center is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Patience and empathy to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
This is a remote work-from-home position as an Outbound Campaign Specialist. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to individuals to return their health screening kits. This role requires a high degree of professionalism technical ability punctuality and a strong commitment to patient privacy.
Day-to-Day Expectations:
Technology & Digital Literacy: You must be digitally literate and comfortable using computer equipment and software independently. This includes navigating our CRM system using a softphone for calls and troubleshooting minor technical issues with minimal assistance.
Punctuality: Your role is crucial to our operations. You are expected to be logged on ready to work and prepared to start making calls at the exact start time of your shift. Punctuality is non-negotiable.
Confidentiality & HIPAA Compliance: You will be handling Protected Health Information (PHI). A dedicated private and quiet workspace is mandatory. This space must be free from any and all distractions and background noises including TVs music pets family members or roommates. Maintaining a secure and confidential environment is essential to protect patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Communication & Professionalism: All interactions with individuals must be professional empathetic and clear. You are a representative and will be a key part of the patient experience.
