Job Summary
Are you a new or recent RN graduate passionate about making a difference in childrens lives Or have you been an RN in a different specialty and want to try something new Join our Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Residency/Fellowship Programa unique opportunity to gain specialized experience in child and adolescent behavioral health while developing advanced clinical emotional and leadership skills.
This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding nursing career in a high-impact fast-paced inpatient psychiatric environment. Youll receive hands-on training expert mentorship and guided professional development as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current or eligible for Montana RN licensure
- Strong interest in pediatric behavioral health and inpatient psychiatry
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Salary Description
$46.00/hr after training
