This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding nursing career in a high-impact fast-paced inpatient psychiatric environment. Youll receive hands-on training expert mentorship and guided professional development as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Current or eligible for Montana RN licensure
Strong interest in pediatric behavioral health and inpatient psychiatry
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
