Job Summary

Job Title: Project Management Resource - Remote

Duration (Contract): 3 15 Months

Client Location: Middletown PA

Location Preference: Remote

Job Description:
As a Project Management Resource you will manage and coordinate multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity guiding initiatives from initiation through close out. You will work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on scope on schedule and within established standards while fostering effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the activities of internal and external staff across multiple IT projects.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and required artifacts using established project management standards and methodologies.
Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define refine and control project scope.
Perform full project lifecycle management including initiation planning execution monitoring controlling and closing.
Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after projects to capture recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with technology teams business owners sponsors vendors and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to organizational PMO guidelines playbooks and governance artifacts.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects of varying size scope and subject matter.
Proven experience managing integration scope schedule cost communication vendor and risk activities.
Strong understanding of project management principles tools and best practices.
Ability to manage projects across the full lifecycle with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication organization and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities.
Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Project Management Professional certification preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow Idea Project or Demand modules preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise business solutions such as SAP preferred.
Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management practices is preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
