About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical and process expertise to design implement and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to align business processes with the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements design workflows and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM).
- Develop solutions (workflows business rules scripts integrations reports).
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle design build testing deployment and support.
- Provide functional guidance on ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Manage integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs SSO LDAP).
- Prepare documentation training and post-go-live support.
Qualifications
- 8 years in ServiceNow development 3 years in ServiceNow consulting.
- Strong ServiceNow configuration & development skills (JavaScript Glide API).
- Experience with ITIL processes integrations and workflow design.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA CIS in ITSM/HR/CSM/ITOM) preferred.
