We have new opportunity for a Graphics Design & Playout Manager which supports QVC UK. Reporting directly to the Broadcast Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing operational leadership and a bridge between creative vision and live execution for the end-to-end graphics lifecycle.
Where Youll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Media & Commerce Centre at Chiswick Park West London 2 days a week.
What Youll Do
This role will be split between On Air Execution 50% and Leadership
Talent & Performance Management 50%
This role is responsible for the development and creative look and feel of live graphics with commercially focused operational execution during live and non-live playout.
You will also be responsible for creating a culture that is motivational nurtures ideas drives innovation and empowers the team to deliver across both design and playout disciplines.
Through close alignment with Broadcast Operations Manager nurture natural synergy between both the GPO and Director roles for enhanced operational output and talent development.
What Youll Bring
Advanced communication skills and adept at building real relationships at all levels is essential
A broad knowledge of all aspects of television production including legislative requirements ASA policies and Ofcom regulations
Demonstrable ability to understand sales targets and airtime management
Good awareness of the competition and shows agility in developing new production techniques
Excellent computer literacy including use of Microsoft Office and Outlook and the ability to become familiar with any new information systems the company introduces.
