Como você irá impactar

Responsabilidades:

Gerir coberturas de Ramos Elementares Transportes e Linhas Financeiras desde a notificação inicial até a liquidação final dentro dos limites de alçada e padrões de serviço estabelecidos;

Analisar e registrar as reservas técnicas;

Gerenciar documentar e organizar todos os sinistros/casos sob sua responsabilidade;

Acionar consultores jurídicos especializados em coberturas/reguladores de sinistros e quaisquer outros recursos externos bem como supervisionar o trabalho de prestadores de serviços incluindo advogados contadores peritos e reguladores de sinistros;

Supervisionar o trabalho dos prestadores de serviços e interagir com clientes prestadores de serviços e corretores para obter informações relativas aos sinistros esclarecer requisitos e decisões sobre os casos e solucionar recursos e reclamações;

Elaborar relatórios de sinistros para a gestão área atuarial e subscritores conforme necessário;

Colaborar com os departamentos de subscrição e distribuição para desenvolver uma compreensão aprofundada do negócio e contribuir para a adoção de melhores práticas.

O que é necessário para ter sucesso

• Ensino Superior.

• Inglês Básico

• Experiência administrativa na áreade sinistros

• Conhecimento de sistemas e pacote office.

• Bons conhecimentos de seguros.

• Ótima comunicação verbal e escrita.

• Organização proatividade facilidade de trabalhar em equipe e senso de prioridade.

• Visão crítica e detalhista para identificação de possíveis Fraudes.

• Facilidade em atuar com grande volume de casos.
