Job Summary
The Opportunity
AgeCare is seeking a Director Quality Systems Effectiveness to lead the development evaluation and improvement of quality systems and processes across our long-term care homes. This role ensures that quality data tools and systems are meaningful practical and easy for teams to use as they work to continuously improve the care and quality of life of our residents. The Director promotes a culture aligned with AgeCares values of Trust Respect Quality and Teamwork while supporting safe environments for residents families visitors and staff.
What You Will Do
Evaluate and improve quality systems processes and indicators to support resident care outcomes.
Develop and maintain Quality Dashboards that provide clear and actionable data for leadership teams.
Analyze and interpret quality data from PointClickCare CIHI MDS RAI and RUGS.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and meaningful reporting across systems.
Support home leadership teams with analysis education and the development of Quality Indicator Protocols.
Oversee coordination and education related to PointClickCare MDS RAI RUGS and Plans of Care.
Lead annual Case Mix Index (CMI) projections for all long-term care homes.
Collaborate with leadership to improve compliance with internal policies and external inspections.
Monitor trends and best practices in Quality Improvement and Long-Term Care.
What You Bring
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent Quality Improvement designation.
Minimum 5 years experience in Long-Term Care.
Post-secondary education required; Masters degree preferred.
Experience with process mapping and clinical pathways.
Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with teams across the organization.

Salary Range: $130000 - $140000
