Overview:

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Sales Supervisor for Home Care and Hospice Services.

Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

Position Location: Chesapeake VA. Travel to different locations throughout Hampton Roads as needed.

Salary Range: $69742 - $116 251

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits.

Overview:

Supervises all sales and servicing activities related to the Account Executive team to ensure quality patient care and patient transitions from facility or provider practice to home-based services. The Sales Manager position oversees growth and referral volume within Home Health and Hospice.

Education:

Bachelor Level Degree at minimum (highly preferred)

Experience:

Supervisory experience (1 year required)
Sales experience (5 years required)
