Job Description:
Expectations/Duties include but not limited to:
-Ability to administer multiple priorities across program lines and provide oversight of all operational and programmatic matters for the DHHS Abuse and Neglect Hotline.
-Oversee monitor and support the Support teams.
-Work with Learning and Development to ensure implementation of training model.
-Understand and have knowledge of the needs of various populations and the effect of poverty versus safety for children and how to best deliver services to children families and vulnerable adults.
-Requires a high-level of managerial talent ethical business judgment and knowledge of the agencys policies and practices.
-Superior written and oral communication skills to communicate with multiple layers of leadership
-Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to the administration of child and family services
-Comprehensive knowledge of the principles methods and practices of various programs of the organization and administration of the human service or human resources programs managed.

Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in social services business administration public administration human development human services behavioral health law special education or other closely related field AND two years supervisory experience in a human services field; OR a Masters degree in any of the above-mentioned fields. Equivalent experience or coursework/training may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Child Welfare/Human Services Supervisory experience of 3 years or more; masters degree preferred. business administration public administration psychology social work criminal justice law or any closely related field. Lean Six Sigma PMP and/or COA reviewer.
Other: Valid Drivers license is required. SDM training required. Bachelors degree required;
