Job Summary
Chapman Chevrolet is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. Were looking for a courteous and friendly professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
In this entry-level role you will be the first point of contact for our dealership answering a multi-line phone system greeting customers as they arrive and assisting management with clerical tasks. Youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest while supporting daily operations.
Part-time position $15.50/hour
What Youll Do
Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department
Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide assistance or direction
Communicate with customers in a professional warm and friendly manner
Assist management with various clerical and administrative tasks
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk area
Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and coverage

What Were Looking For
Courteous and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone and email etiquette)
Basic computer skills including typing data entry and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule & Work Environment
Tuesday Wednesday and every other Friday: 3:00 PM 9:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM 2:00 PM
Additional hours may be required to assist with coverage when team members are on time off
Onsite position in a dealership showroom environment with frequent customer interaction
