Take the next step in your career as KINNECTs Workplace Rehabilitation Team Lead. Join our multidisciplinary Perth team in a senior role supporting consultants driving high quality rehabilitation outcomes and sourcing new referrals across multiple locations.

Your New Role:
Manage a reduced caseload of workplace rehabilitation clients
Provide day-to-day mentoring coaching and support to rehabilitation consultants
Conduct peer reviews and support case strategy and documentation quality
Support onboarding and development of new team members
Partner with leaders on service delivery quality improvement and team performance
Participate in business development to support increasing new workplace rehabilitation referrals
About You:
Current AHPRA or ESSA registration
Minimum four years experience working within Workers Compensation clients
Previous experience in a senior consultant or leadership role
Strong clinical judgment and a people first client centred approach
Ability to influence mentor and support others while maintaining accountability
A solid network with the ability to develop strong relationships with potential customers to help drive new workplace rehabilitation referrals
