Job Description
As a Security Officer Research Facilityin Brooklyn Park MN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal in a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and support staff patients and visitors with exceptional customer service and this unarmed patrol role you will bring a caring reliable approach work as part of a team and act with integrity while delivering responsive people-first service.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access support activities and appropriate emergency response actions at a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing relevant information with supervisors and/or designated site contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity unsecured areas and other security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances exits and common areas to help support authorized access visitor processing and compliance with site protocols while maintaining a professional presence.
- Support daily operations by reporting hazards maintenance issues and policy concerns and by assisting with directions escorts and other customer service requests as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
