Porsche Charlotte Northlake a premier destination under the esteemed Mills Auto Group is looking for a Certified Gold Porsche Technician to join our elite service team. We arent just looking for someone to fix carswe are looking for a precision-driven professional who understands that a Porsche is a masterpiece of engineering and deserves nothing less than perfection.
What Youll Do
Expert Diagnostics: Perform high-level diagnostics and repairs on the full Porsche lineup from classic air-cooled 911s to the cutting-edge Taycan and high-performance GT models.
Precision Maintenance: Execute complex engine and transmission repairs electrical troubleshooting and advanced suspension tuning to Porsche AG factory standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure every vehicle leaving your bay meets the Gold Standard of safety performance and aesthetic cleanliness.
Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Specialists to provide accurate estimates and timelines for our discerning clientele.
Mentorship: Act as a technical resource and mentor for apprentice technicians fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What You Bring
Certification: Current Porsche Gold Level Certification is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Porsche-authorized workshop.
Technical Prowess: Proficiency with PIWIS testers and specialized Porsche workshop equipment.
Attributes: A meticulous eye for detail a clean driving record and a customer-first mindset. You treat every car as if it were your own.
Tooling: Possession of a comprehensive set of professional-grade tools.
