Job Summary
BAYADA Home Care is seeking aRecruiting Manager for our Home Care office located in Honolulu HI.The recruiter will support the staffing needs for Caregivers and Nurses throughout the islands.
At BAYADARecruiting Managers are responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle. BAYADA Recruiters are expected to act as brand ambassadors and to partner with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing our candidates a best-in-class candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager is also expected to provide consultation to internal customers on market conditions hiring trends and external competition.
As aRecruiteryou will:
- Maintain and support staffing needs of the office
- Develop and retain relationships with candidates and referrals
- Process employment inquiries and full cycle recruitment
- Collaborateand develop job postings withmanagement team
- Attend career fairs andnetworking events as needed
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Collaboratein strategicinitiatives to drive recruitment efforts and utilize various tools to source candidates
- Identify and screen applicablecandidates and conduct both scheduled and walk-in interviews
- Proactivelyidentify and recruit passive job seekers
- Promoteand foster ongoing partnership with directors office staff field employees and other BAYADA recruiters
- Utilizevarious social media platforms
Recruiter Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrated leadership skills customer service focus self-motivation and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
- Bachelors degree preferred with strong experience not required
- Agency recruitment experience desired
- Minimum2 years experience in recruiting required
- Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired
- Knowledge ofstandard HR concepts practices and procedures required
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills required
