Job Summary
One of the fastest-growing Electronic Security providers continues to expand in the New Jersey market - and has a new opening for a Help Desk Administrator in their Hackensack Headquarters! This role will serve as a crucial operational admin and coordination position to match the growing customer base and project execution!
- Customer liaison and POC for intake calls and service requests
- First touch-point for technical questions and inquries
- Projects involve Access Control CCTV Intrusion Alarm Security and Low Voltage systems
- Schedule service appointments technician assignments and project documentation
- Maintain tickets reporting and operational workflows
- Technical training and system knowledge to be provided
- Full-time on-site position in Hackensack
