What This Job Actually Is
Youre the person someone trusts when theyre about to make one of the biggest purchases of their year. A family finding their first new truck. What Youll Do
- Build genuine relationships with customers on the floor online and over the phone
- Guide buyers through the full vehicle purchase experience from first hello to final handshake
- Stay sharp on Fords product lineup current incentives and whats moving on our lot
- Use our CRM tools to follow up stay organized and grow your personal book of business
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with the support of a coaching-focused management team
- Become the kind of salesperson people send their family and friends to on purpose
Qualifications
What You Bring

- You communicate clearly listen well and follow through
- Experience in sales retail hospitality or customer service is a strong plus
- Automotive background is a bonus but not a requirement. Well train the right person.
