As Reservations Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of our busy reservations department ensuring all enquiries bookings and guest communications are handled efficiently and professionally.
Working closely with front of house team and operations teams you will support the optimisation of occupancy and revenue while maintaining our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead and support the reservations team in delivering prompt accurate and friendly service.
- Manage individual group and corporate bookings across our systems.
- Ensure all guest details billing instructions and room allocations are correct.
- Assist in forecasting reporting and maintaining rate integrity.
- Work closely across all teams to maximise occupancy and upsell opportunities.
- Handle guest queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Train new team members and maintain consistent standards across the department
About You:
- Has previous hotel reservations or front-office experience (supervisory experience desirable).
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
Is confident using hotel PMS/CRS systems (Guestline experience is an advantage).
Enjoys leading teams and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
