Job Summary
This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to balance risk and returns in customer payments while closely collaborating with Corporate Treasury. The Treasury Team Leader EU&A is involved in Europe cash planning & management Forex exposure management collection of founds bank relationship management and operational payment planning.
Your tasks include:
Customer payment media strategy
- Cash planning & management
- Support Controllers in managing intercompany transfers.
- Full responsibility for bank and credit card fees.
- Lead and motivate a proactive Treasuryof 5 Assistants/Analysts.
- Oversee the customer payment process
Requirements
- You have an accounting/treasury background
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- You are fluent in English
- You have experience in an International Treasury environment particularly in cash planning and credit card operations
- You anticipate impacts of workload/issues to meet deadlines
- You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines and you have strong analytical skills
- You have strong communication skills to understand and support people in the business but also to report to your supervisor
- You are eager to learn flexible stress resilient and proactive
- You are able to work in an international environment.
