Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing corporate accounting team in a fast-paced multi-entity environment. This role is responsible for supporting the month-end close process financial reporting and account analysis while also contributing to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform month-end close activities including journal entries accruals and account reconciliations
Analyze financial results and investigate variances between actuals and budget
Prepare supporting schedules and financial reports
Work across multiple entities and locations to ensure accurate reporting
Support audit requests and compliance requirements
Assist with process improvements and implementation of efficiencies
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
5 years of general ledger accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP
Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred
Advanced Excel skills
ERP experience (NetSuite or similar preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment

Preferred Experience:

Experience with inventory cost accounting or international entities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
